Ondeale an exceptionnal site

The residence consists of three cottages built in accordance with the local architecture. It offers apartments fully equipped, from 2 person studios to 3 rooms duplex 8 persons.

All the apartments have a balcony or terrace overlooking the lake or mountain Hermines of Chambourguet.

Enjoy our SPA of 750m ² combining relaxation and well-being.

- 2 rooms cabin 6 persons / 37m ² (1 bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 cabin with 2 bunk beds)

- 3 rooms duplex 8 persons / 44m ² (1 bedroom with 1 double bed and a room with four bunk beds)

Departure and arrival

Between 17h and 19h30 Arrival / Departure between 8am and 10am

Keys

The keys will be handed on presentation of your confirmation, at receipt of the Residence.

The reception is open until 19:30. If you can not meet the date or time of arrival, please contact the reception before 19:30.

Deposit

A deposit of 500 € will be required to guarantee the good condition of housing.

It will be returned within 10 days after departure, with deduction of missing items or damage reported and any cleaning costs.

State of play. Inventory. Cleaning

Inventory incomplete and / or claims must be reported to the manager on site within 24 hours of arrival in the slot. After this period, no claim will be considered. The damage and missing items will be charged following the assessment made by staff on site.

Important Information

Climate disasters, pollution or work undertaken by individuals or public authorities, which could cause discomfort, will not be subject to compensation.

Tourist information

The information about the sports and entertainment station are transmitted to us by the tourist offices and are provided for information only. They do not engage the responsibility of the residence Ondeale.

Responsibility

THE Ondeale SARL can not be held responsible for any theft, loss or damage to personal effects, deterioration or damage that may cause the tenant to all real or personal property.

Occupation of flats

The number of people occupying the accommodation may not exceed the capacity of the accommodation given under penalty of immediate termination of the lease by the lessor, without damages to be claimed by the tenant.

Home Pets

The residence accepts pets (one per apartment). Attack dogs (pit bull) are prohibited, dogs second category (guard and defense) must be muzzled and kept on a leash by an adult.
